Brrrrr.....

Hello again :)

For the past 4 weeks on a Wednesday afternoon I have been going to a sewing class,
where we have been making Christmas gifts.
It has been a lot of fun and this is one of the projects we did.

 He is 10" tall
and I used Makower whte dots fabric for his body.
His hat/scarf is Makower 'rich tea' fabric.
The wooden buttons are stitched with red thread.

His hat is lightly stuffed and wrapped around his neck and held in place with hot glue.

His gloves are made of black felt with little x's stitched in red.

The 'Brrr' is embroidered backstitch with two strands of embroidery thread and the dots are French knots.

His little carrot nose is made with Fimo clay (made by Hilary who takes the class)
and I drew his eyes, eyebrows and mouth with a pigma micron 005 pen and added pink to his cheeks with versa color ink.

Thank you for visiting today:)
I'll be back soon with some more projects.
Sarah xx
